Sarfarosh (1985 Film)
''Sarfarosh'' () is a 1985 Indian Hindi-language action drama film, produced by Prasan Kapoor and directed by Dasari Narayana Rao. It stars Jeetendra, Sridevi, Leena Chandavarkar and music composed by Laxmikant–Pyarelal. The film is a remake of Telugu-language film ''Sardar Papa Rayudu'' (1980). Plot Inspector Suraj Kapoor is a sheer cop who lives with his mother Seeta. He falls for a naughty girl Vijaya. Besides, 3 traitors Dharm Adhikari, Nyay Sharma, and Satyadev who counterfeit as patriot freedom fighters loot the country. Vijaya is the daughter of Dharm Adhikari and she makes Suraj’s acquaintance with her father when he alarms as Suraj resembles a true loyalist Jwala Singh. Dasari Narayana Rao
Dasari Narayana Rao (4 May 1947 – 30 May 2017) was an Indian film director, producer, screenwriter, actor, lyricist, and politician known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema, in addition to Hindi cinema. He has directed more than 150 feature films in a variety of genres. He holds the '' Limca World Record'' for directing the most number of films in the world. He is known by the moniker ''Darsaka Ratna'' (). His works emphasize social injustice, corruption and gender discrimination. Bindu Nanubhai Desai (born 17 April 1941), better known mononymously as Bindu, is a former Indian actress who was popular in the 1970s. She has acted in over 160 movies in a career that spanned four decades, receiving seven Filmfare award nominations. She is most remembered for her role as Shabnam in ''Kati Patang'' (1970) and for her films opposite Prem Chopra. Bindu made her film debut in 1962, starring in her first movie Anpadh as Kiran. Mahendra Kapoor (9 January 1934 – 27 September 2008) was an Indian playback singer. In a long career spanning decades, his repertoire included popular songs such as ''Chalo ekbaar phir se Ajnabi ban jayen hum dono'' ( Gumrah) and ''Neele Gagan ke tale'' (Hamraaz). Suresh Ishwar Wadkar (born 7 August 1955) is an Indian playback singer. He performs in both Hindi and Marathi films.
