Sarah Nwanak
Sarah Nwanak (born 1941) is a Cameroonian politician. Life Sarah Nwanak was born on 27 October 1941 in Makak. She started her career as a teacher. From 1970 to 1972 she was a member of the Legislative Assembly of West Cameroon, serving as vice-president of the Commission of Legislation and Administrative Affairs. From 1972 to 1978 she was a member of the Economic and Social Council. West Cameroon
West or Occident is one of the four cardinal directions or points of the compass. It is the opposite direction from east and is the direction in which the Sunset, Sun sets on the Earth. National Assembly (Cameroon)
The National Assembly (french: Assemblée Nationale) is the lower house of the Parliament of Cameroon. It has 180 members, elected for five-year terms in 49 single and multi-seat constituencies. Together with the senate, it constitutes the legislative arm of government. Although multiparty elections have been held since 1992, the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (RDPC), the ruling party since independence, has always retained control of the National Assembly. The Cameroonian political system invests overwhelming power in the hands of the President of the Republic, Paul Biya, and the RDPC exists essentially to support Biya and his policies. As a result, for most of Cameroon's history since independence, the National Assembly has done little more than approve the President's policies.
