Sarah Mahfoud
Sarah Mahfoud (born 29 September 1989) is a Faroese-born Danish professional boxer who won the IBF female featherweight title in July 2020. She subsequently lost to Amanda Serrano in a title unification bout in Manchester on 24 September 2022. As of September 2020, she is ranked as the world's second best active female featherweight by BoxRec and third by ''The Ring''. Professional career Mahfoud made her professional debut on 11 February 2017, scoring a first-round technical knockout (TKO) victory over Petra Podraska at the Frederiksberghallen in Copenhagen, Denmark. She had three more fights that year, securing unanimous decision (UD) wins over Ainara Mota in April; Jessica Sanchez in June; and Gabriella Mezei in October. Featherweight is a weight class in the combat sports of boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts, and Greco-Roman wrestling. Jennifer Han (born June 25, 1983) is an American professional boxer who held the IBF female featherweight title from 2015 to 2020, and was the first world champion boxer from El Paso, Texas. As of July 2021, she is ranked as the world's sixth best active female lightweight by BoxRec. Interim Title
An interim championship is an alternate title that is awarded by the sanctioning bodies of professional boxing, and in other combat sports such as kickboxing, professional wrestling, and mixed martial arts. Occasionally, the champion of a particular weight division is temporarily unable to defend his championship because of medical, legal, or other reasons beyond the competitor's control. Ceres Arena
Ceres Arena (formerly NRGi Arena) is an indoor arena mainly used for handball matches and public events in Aarhus, Denmark.
