Saptapadii
''Saptapadii'' is 2013 Gujarati film produced by Amitabh Bachchan Corporation starring Manav Gohil and Swaroop Sampat in leading roles. ''Saptapadii'' is the story of a contemporary Gujarati (Indian) woman who risks her comfortably settled married life of 20 years to do what she believes in. Saptapadii had been released in theatres across India on 1 February 2013, and had a record-breaking run of 12 weeks. In addition to the financial success, the critical success is also evident from the fact that it has been selected into 7 film festivals in 5 countries, notably winning a Special Mention for the Green Rose at the Jaipur International Film Festival. Manav Gohil
Manav Gohil (born 9 November 1974) is an Indian television actor. He has been active in the Hindi film industry for more than a decade and is best known for his roles in Hindi television shows, including the soap opera ''Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii'', the dance reality show ''Nach Baliye 2'', the crime drama '' C.I.D.'', the drama ''Shaadi Mubarak'', and ''Tenali Rama''. Dr. Swaroop Rawal (née Sampat; born 3 November 1958) is an Indian actress who has acted in several Hindi language films such as ''Naram Garam'' and ''Nakhuda'' and is known for her performance in television serials like ''Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi''. She won the Miss India contest in 1979 and represented India at Miss Universe 1979. Early life Swaroop obtained a PhD. in Education from the University of Worcester.
