Sapang Dalaga, Misamis Occidental
Sapang Dalaga, officially the Municipality of Sapang Dalaga ( ceb, Lungsod sa Sapang Dalaga; tl, Bayan ng Sapang Dalaga), is a 5th class municipality in the province of Misamis Occidental, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 20,490 people. It is located from Ozamiz City and from Dipolog City airport. It is rich in mineral resources such as gold, copper and manganese, and has mountains, rivers, waterfalls and beaches. Baga (waterfalls in the native language) with its scenic beauty is a kilometer from the town center, can be reached by foot or motor vehicles. Panoramic mountains such as Mount Dasa and Mount Pedoluan reside. Casul Bay which connects to Murcielagos Bay can be navigated. Visayan Language
The Bisayan languages or Visayan languages are a subgroup of the Austronesian languages spoken in the Philippines. They are most closely related to Tagalog and the Bikol languages, all of which are part of the Central Philippine languages. Most Bisayan languages are spoken in the whole Visayas section of the country, but they are also spoken in the southern part of the Bicol Region (particularly in Masbate and Sorsogon where several dialects of Waray are spoken), islands south of Luzon, such as those that make up Romblon, most of the areas of Mindanao and the province of Sulu located southwest of Mindanao. Dipolog City
Dipolog, officially the City of Dipolog ( ceb, Dakbayan sa Dipolog; Subanen: ''Gembagel G'benwa Dipuleg/Bagbenwa Dipuleg''; Chavacano: ''Ciudad de Dipolog''; fil, Lungsod ng Dipolog), is a 3rd class component city and capital of the province of Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines. Internal Revenue Allotment
The Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) is a local government unit’s (LGU) share of revenues from the Philippine national government. Provinces, independent cities, component cities, municipalities, and barangays each get a separate allotment. The allotment is largely based upon the type of government they are and a formula based upon their land area and population. Section 284 of the Local Government Code of the Philippines (RA 7160) sets up the formula for the distribution of the allotment. All or nearly all of the revenue that a local government has to spend comes from their IRA, though some local governments also have additional local sources of revenue such as property taxes and government fees.
