Sangju Bicycle Museum
Sangju Bicycle mMseum is located in Sangju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, the Republic of Korea. It is the only bicycle museum in South Korea. The museum was originally built at Namjang-dong 229-1 in 2002, before moving to an expanded building at its current location in Donam-dong in October 27, 2010. A wide variety of bicycles are on display, including a bicycle made of wood as well as modern bicycles. There is information on bicycles and Sanju, and souvenirs are available for purchase. Admission is free. The museum is closed on Mondays, and its operating hours are from 9:00 to 18:00. Additionally, bicycles are available to rent for free. Gyeongsangbuk-do
North Gyeongsang Province ( ko, 경상북도, translit=Gyeongsangbuk-do, ) is a province in eastern South Korea. The province was formed in 1896 from the northern half of the former Gyeongsang province, and remained a province of Korea until the country's division in 1945, then became part of South Korea. Daegu was the capital of North Gyeongsang Province between 1896 and 1981, but has not been a part of the province since 1981. In 2016, the provincial capital moved from Daegu to Andong.
