Sangita Shrestha
Sangita Shrestha is a Nepalese film director, screenwriter and media presenter. Career Shrestha started her career on radio, later becoming a VJ for Image Channel from 2000-2004 and then at Kantipur Television, hosting the show ''Music Mela''. She began directing music videos and a series of short films. She has directed over 70 videos, but is best known for her short films series ''Katha Premka''. She later based a book of short love stories on this series, ''Kathama Aljhiyeka Prem,'' released in 2016. She appeared as a member of the jury panel for Miss Nepal 2016. In 2018 she became a writer/director with a featured film ''Katha Kathmandu Katha Kathmandu (, ), sometimes known as Katha Kathmandu: Stories of Lust, Love & Life, is a 2018 Nepalese drama crime romance film directed and written by Sangita Shrestha. Biratnagar
Biratnagar () is a metropolitan city in Nepal, which serves as the capital of Province No. 1. With a population of 242,548 as per the 2011 census, it is the largest city in the province and also the headquarters of Morang district. Image Channel
The Image Channel is a private television channel in Nepal. It is owned by Image Group of Companies, which also run FM station and located in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. It produces several kinds of news programs, talkshows, entertainment shows, teleserials, etc. Image Channel went on air with a -hour block through Nepal Television on 25 January 1997. Its initial programs were focused on pop music, women, celebrity and fashion. Programs such as ''Image Pop'', ''Button & Trades'', ''AM Guest'' and ''Srijana ko Sansar'' gained huge popularity among the audiences. Image then established itself as an inclusive Kathmandu Channel called the Image Metro on 11 February 2003. Kantipur Television, popularly known as KTV, is a private television station based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The chairman and managing director is Kailash Sirohiya. Launched in July 2002, KTV is licensed for terrestrial and satellite transmission. Kantipur Television's head office is located in Tinkune. KTV celebrated its 14th anniversary on 12 July 2017. The company have run the next sister channel called Kantipur Gold from February 2015. The channel Kantipur Gold, however was stopped from December 2016.
