''Sangharsha'' () is a 1993 Indian Kannada-language action thriller film written and directed by Sunil Kumar Desai, and produced by Krishna Raju. The film stars Vishnuvardhan, Shivaranjini and Geetha. The film's music is scored by Guna Singh whilst the cinematography is by P. Rajan. The film was dubbed in Tamil as ''Veera Muzhakkam''. Sunil Kumar Desai
Sunil Kumar Desai is an Indian film director, writer and producer, known for his work in Kannada cinema. In most of his films, Desai blends art and commercial cinema. He has written and directed Thriller (genre), suspense/thrillers and Romance film, love stories. He has won the Karnataka state awards (4 times) in the Best Screenplay & Best Dialogues categories. He has also won the Filmfare awards 4 times. Desai worked with South Indian musicians like Illayaraja, Hamsalekha and Gunasingh. Desai was born in 1955 in Bijapur, Karnataka. He had his primary education in Bijapur and higher education in Pune. He started his film-career as an assistant to Kashinath (actor), Kashinath, and later Suresh Heblikar. Lahari Recording Company is an Indian music company based in Bangalore. It owns a music label called "Lahari Music" also a film production company called "Lahari Films LLP". They later ventured into construction under the name of HomEquity India Private Limited brand. History The company was established in 1974 by Manohar Naidu with a seed capital of Rs.500. Doddarangegowda is a Kannada poet and a lyricist working for Kannada cinema. He is a retired professor of Kannada and has published a number of anthologies in Kannada. He has released several audio cassettes and CDs of his poems.
