Sangeetha Sringeri is an Indian actress who primarily works in Kannada language. She is popularly known as Sathi/Parvatii for her role in the Kannada daily soap '' Hara Hara Mahadeva''. She finished in the top 10 at the Femina Miss India beauty pageant in 2014 and was runner up at the world supermodel contest. Early and personal life Sangeetha Sringeri was born in Sringeri into a defense family. Her father, Shiva Kumar K is an ex-serviceman in the Indian Air Force and her mother, Bhavani Shiva Kumar is a herbal wellness coach. Sringeri
Sringeri (IAST: Śṛngēri) also called Shringeri is a hill town and Taluk headquarters located in Chikkamagaluru district in the Indian state of Karnataka. It is the site of the first maṭha ( Dakshinamnaya Sringeri Sharada Peetham) established by Adi Shankara, Hindu theologian and exponent of the Advaita Vedanta philosophy, in the 8th century CE. Located on the banks of the river Tungā, the town draws a large number of pilgrims to its temples of Sri Sharadamba, Sri Vidyashankara, Sri Malahanikareshvara and other deities. Origin of name The name Sringeri is derived from Rishyashringa-giri, a nearby hill that is believed to have contained the hermitage of Rishi Vibhandaka and his son Rishyashringa. Sati (Hindu Goddess)
Sati (, sa, सती, , ), also known as Dakshayani (Sanskrit: दाक्षायणी, IAST: ''Dākṣāyaṇī'', lit. 'daughter of Daksha'), is the Hindu goddess of marital felicity and longevity, and is worshipped as an aspect of the mother goddess Shakti.
