Sandra Mason Theoret (December 18, 1939 – April 1, 2015) was an American country music singer-songwriter and musician. Apart from her numerous songwriting credits, she was also a pianist and guitarist, and provided backing vocals for other artists. In 1967, her single "There You Go" reached No. 64 on the '' Billboard'' country chart. Mason gained biggest success as a songwriter. In 1979, the song "When I Dream" written for Crystal Gayle, reached No. 3 on the ''Billboard'' Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart. ''Dreamin' My Dreams'' is the sixth studio album by English singer Marianne Faithfull. It was released in 1976 by NEMS Records and it is Faithfull's first and only record of country music. The album was re-released two years later in 1978 as ''Faithless''. The main differences between the two albums are: the album art and ''Faithless'' including four more tracks and some tracks rearranged. Helen Maxine Reddy (25 October 194129 September 2020) was an Australian-American singer, actress, television host, and activist. Born in Melbourne to a showbusiness family, Reddy started her career as an entertainer at age four. Background Prine and his longtime manager Al Bunetta formed Oh Boy Records in an attempt to take control of his own music. John Prine
John Edward Prine (; October 10, 1946 – April 7, 2020) was an American singer-songwriter of country-folk music. He was active as a composer, recording artist, live performer, and occasional actor from the early 1970s until his death. He was known for an often humorous style of original music that has elements of protest and social commentary. Born and raised in Maywood, Illinois, Prine learned to play the guitar at age 14. He attended classes at Chicago's Old Town School of Folk Music. After serving in West Germany with the U.S. Army, he returned to Chicago in the late 1960s, where he worked as a mailman, writing and singing songs first as a hobby and then as a club performer.
