Sandy MacIver
Alexandra Elena MacIver (born 18 June 1998) is an English professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Women's Super League club Manchester City and the England women's national team. Club career Youth career MacIver began her youth career at Everton. On 1 June 2014, she appeared as a substitute in the FA Girls' Youth Cup final against Liverpool held at Stadium MK. Everton lost 1–0. In 2015, she moved to the academy at Manchester City. Clemson In 2016, MacIver moved to the United States on a soccer scholarship to play for Clemson Tigers of the ACC. She made four appearances in her freshman year. From her sophomore year onward she was Clemson's starter, starting 17 games in each of the following three seasons. Winsford
Winsford is a town and civil parish in the unitary authority of Cheshire West and Chester and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England, on the River Weaver south of Northwich and west of Middlewich. The Northern Ireland women's national football team represents Northern Ireland in international women's football. The Women's Super League (WSL), currently known as the Barclays Women's Super League (BWSL) for sponsorship reasons, is the highest league of women's football in England. The 2020 SheBelieves Cup was the fifth edition of the SheBelieves Cup, an invitational women's football tournament held in the United States. Featuring national teams from Spain, England, Japan, and hosts United States, it began on March 5 and ended on March 11, 2020, making it the last soccer tournament in the United States to be completed before the COVID-19 pandemic shut down all professional sports in the country. The 2018 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup was the ninth edition of the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup, the biennial international women's youth football championship contested by the under-20 national teams of the member associations of FIFA, since its inception in 2002 as the FIFA U-19 Women's World Championship (age limit was raised from 19 to 20 in 2006). The 2017 UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship (also known as UEFA Women's Under-19 Euro 2017) was the 16th edition of the UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship (20th edition if the Under-18 era is included), the annual international youth football championship organised by UEFA for the women's under-19 national teams of Europe. Northern Ireland was selected by UEFA on 26 January 2015 as the host country for the tournament.
