Sandra Mondaini
Alessandrina "Sandra" Mondaini (; 1 September 1931 – 21 September 2010) was an Italian actress, singer, and television and radio presenter. She appeared in 30 films between 1953 and 2008. Born in Milan, Italy, she married actor Raimondo Vianello in 1962. Together with her husband she hosted numerous variety shows on Italian television including ''Tante scuse'', ''Di nuovo tante scuse'', ''Attenti a noi due'', ''Sandra e Raimondo Show'' and ''Stasera niente di nuovo''. Between 1988 and 2007 she had the leading role in the famous Italian sitcom, '' Casa Vianello''. Her last work was the television film ''Crociera Vianello'', a spin-off from ''Casa Vianello''. Raimondo Vianello
Raimondo Vianello (7 May 1922 – 15 April 2010) was an Italian film actor, comedian, and television host. He was a well-known Italian television personality. Biography He was born in Rome, but spent his youth in Pula, where his father, an Admiral of the Regia Marina, directed the local naval academy. During World War II he joined the Italian Social Republic, the fascist puppet state established in northern Italy after the Allied invasion of Italy. He was captured by American troops. In 1958 he met actress Sandra Mondaini, whom he married four years later, and with whom he frequently appeared in TV shows during his whole career. His first famous partner on the small screen was Ugo Tognazzi with whom, starting from 1954, he hosted the satyrical show ''Un due tre''; the show was halted in 1959 after the duo performed an ironical sketch about the then-president of the Republic, Giovanni Gronchi. ''Tom Jones'' was a syndicated television variety show, hosted by Tom Jones, that aired during the 1980-1981 television season. Twenty-four episodes of the show were produced. The show was produced in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The format of the show was for Tom Jones to perform his old hits and solo covers, in addition to new songs with special duet partners. Solo covers included Jones's version of "Unchained Melody" and the Eagles' " Take It to the Limit". Duet highlights from the show included Jones's duet with Tina Turner of Rod Stewart's "Hot Legs", in addition to his duet with Gladys Knight of "Guilty", written by the Bee Gees and originally made popular by Barry Gibb and Barbra Streisand.
