	Sandalinas Sandalinas is a Spanish/Swedish progressive metal band founded in 2001 by guitarist Jordi Sandalinas, featuring Rick Altzi on vocals (also with Masterplan and At Vance). Apollo Papathanasio, ex-Firewind and Spiritual Beggars sang on the band's debut album called Living on the Edge. Their first album, ''Living on the Edge'', was produced by Andy LaRocque and released in 2005. Biography Sandalinas' first EP, ''Like an Arrow'', was released in 2001 and a single, "Die Hard", followed in 2002. The following year, Sandalinas contacted Andy LaRocque, guitarist of King Diamond, because he was interested in recording an album at his studio located near Gothenburg. The album, called ''Living on the Edge'', was recorded in 2004 and released in 2005 by German label Massacre Records in Europe, Canada and Australia, and later by Nightmare Records for the United States and Art Music for Russia. 	Andy LaRocque Andy LaRocque (born Anders Allhage, 29 November 1962) is a Swedish guitarist, songwriter, and producer, best known as a member of the Heavy metal music, heavy metal band King Diamond (band), King Diamond since 1985. Biography LaRocque started in the Swedish hard rock band Swedish Beauty, which later changed its name to Swedish Erotica. He also played on the Death (metal band), Death album ''Individual Thought Patterns'' and the IllWill album ''Evilution (album), Evilution'', along with former members of Mercyful Fate. He can be heard on other albums as well, such as Falconer (band), Falconer's ''Chapters from a Vale Forlorn'', where he performed lead guitars on the song "Busted to the Floor". LaRocque contributed a guitar solo to the track "Cold" on the album ''Slaughter of the Soul'' by Swedish melodic death metal group At the Gates. picture info	Chris Caffery Christopher Caffery (born September 9, 1967) is an American musician, best known for his work as a member of Savatage and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Recently, Chris has been pursuing a solo career, releasing four albums since 2004. Biography Raised in Mahwah, New Jersey, Chris began playing guitar at age 11, but some of his earliest memories include performing the Beatles song ''Help!'' for a show and tell in kindergarten. Chris' favorite bands growing up included the Beatles, Kiss, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest and Rush among others. He has cited guitarists such as Ted Nugent, Rik Emmett, Ace Frehley, Randy Rhoads, Michael Schenker as influences throughout the years as well. After only 13 months, Chris grew bored with guitar lessons and decided to teach himself. 	Apollo Papathanasio Apostolos "Apollo" Papathanasiou ( el, Aπόστολος Παπαθανασίου or Απόλλωνας Παπαθανασίου; born 15 March 1969) is a Swedish heavy metal vocalist of Greek descent, who is currently with the band Spiritual Beggars. He has also sung for Firewind, Meduza, Evil Masquerade, Gardenian, and Richard Andersson's projects Majestic and Time Requiem. In 2007, Papathanasio had to opt out of certain tour dates with Firewind. His position was temporarily filled by Henning Basse of Metalium. Apollo's last releases with Firewind was " Few Against Many" (2012). On 15 January 2013, Firewind announced that the band had parted ways with Apollo. After his departure from Firewind he's continued on with Spiritual Beggars and released return to zero (2010) Earth Blues, 15 April 2013 and Sunrise to Sundown (2016).
