Juan De Sanabria
Juan de Sanabria (1504-1549) was a Spanish Nobleman, Captain and Conquistador. Biography Sanabria was born in Trujillo, Cáceres, Extremadura, son of Diego Rodríguez de Sanabria and María de Alonso de Hinojosa, belonging to a distinguished family He was cousin of conquistador Hernán Cortés (Marquis of the Valley of Oaxaca). Mario Zanabria
Mario Nicasio Zanabria (born 1 October 1948 in Santa Fe) is an Argentine former football player, who played as a midfielder, and the current coach of Real España. Club career A playmaker, Zanabria made his début in the first division in 1967 with Unión de Santa Fe, where he played until 1969. From 1970 to 1975 he excelled with Newell's Old Boys, winning the Metropolitano in 1974. He then moved to Boca Juniors, where he would play until 1980, and then again in 1982, winning the 1976 ''Nacional'' and ''Metropolitano'', the 1977 and 1978 Copa Libertadores de América and 1978 Intercontinental Cup under coach ''Toto'' Lorenzo. Ulises Armand Sanabria (September 5, 1906 January 6, 1969) was born in southern Chicago of Puerto Rican and French-American parents. Sanabria is known for development of mechanical televisions and early terrestrial television broadcasts. Career Sanabria was the builder and engineer of WCFL, the first mechanical television station which went on the air in Chicago on June 12, 1928. By sending the sound signal to station WIBO and the video signal on WCFL, he was the first to transmit sound and picture simultaneously on the same wave band on May 19, 1929. At age 15 Sanabria told his girlfriend that he was going to invent television. Two years later, he figured out how to do it. Two more years later, at the age of 19, he demonstrated the first television in Chicago. Ricardo Sanabria Acuña (born 31 October 1969 in San Lorenzo, Paraguay, San Lorenzo) is a former Paraguay national football team, Paraguay international association football, footballer who played as a Defender (association football), defender. He played professional football in Paraguay, Argentina, Brazil and Spain during his career. Sanabria obtained his only cap for the Paraguay national football team on 15 August 1993 in a World Cup qualifying match against Peru national football team, Peru (2-1 win), substituting Luis Alberto Monzón in the 83rd minute. Nicolas Sanabria
Nicolas Sanabria (November 4, 1889 – December 1, 1945) of New York City, was a philatelist concerned primarily with the field of aerophilately. His name is familiar to philatelists because of his Sanabria Catalog. Collecting interests Sanabria was a dealer, auctioneer, and cataloguer of air mail stamps and air mail postal history of the world. Sanabria issued his first catalog in 1936, called “Standard Catalog of Airpost Stamps,” after acquiring rights from the Scott Stamp and Coin Company. He later renamed the catalog, in 1940, “Sanabria's Airpost Catalogue.” The catalog became the world standard for listing of airpost (air mail) postage stamps. He died in 1945 while working on a revised 1946 Sanabria catalog. Honors and awards In 1951, Sanabria was named to the American Philatelic Society Hall of Fame.
