San Dieguito High School Academy, originally known as San Dieguito Union High School and San Dieguito High School, is a public high school in the San Dieguito Union High School District of Encinitas, California in San Diego County. The school was established in 1936. General information 2,059 students were enrolled at San Dieguito High School Academy in the 2020-21 school year with a senior class of over 450 students. The pupil-teacher ratio is 25:1. The average SAT score in 2013–2014 was 1840 and the average ACT score was 27. The student body is 67% Caucasian, 22% Hispanic, 4% Asian/Pacific Islander, and 5% other. During the 2020-21 school year, San Dieguito Academy's senior class had a 97.9% graduation rate. San Dieguito Union High School District (SDUHSD) is a public school district in northern San Diego County, California. Established in 1936, the district serves over 13,000 students in five middle schools, five comprehensive high schools, and one alternative high school. SDUHSD is ranked the top school district in the county and #5 school district in the state. History Prior to 1936, students who lived in coastal North County attended high school in Oceanside. In January 1936, the communities of Encinitas, Cardiff, Solana Beach, Del Mar, Green Valley, and Olivenhain voted in favor to form a new high school district. San Dieguito Union High School, now San Dieguito High
