David Sammel
David Sammel (born in 1961 in Johannesburg, South Africa) is a tennis coach, sports consultant and writer. Since 2010, David is the head coach at TeamBath and the author of the booLocker Room Power: Building an Athlete’s Mind. David has coached dozens of professional players and international junior champions. He currently coaches Liam Broady, and ATP Tour doubles tennis players Marcus Daniell, Marcelo Demoliner and Matwé Middelkoop. Coaching David began coaching at The Metselaers club in Scheveningen, the Netherlands in 1987 whilst still representing the club as a player, assisting with their promotion to the top division. In 1989 after captaining the Manchester Mortgage Corporation League team, he accepted the head coach position at the Matchpoint Indoor Club. He later worked as a National Coach for thLawn Tennis Association(1996-2006) before founding the Monte Carlo Tennis Academy (MCTA) with Jez Green. Surrey Championships
The Surrey Championships also known as the Surrey Grass Court Championships and the Surrey County Championships is a defunct tennis tournament played in Surbiton, Surrey, England on outdoor grass courts. It ran for 73 editions from 1890 to 1981 and after a period of 18 years re-emerged as the Surbiton Trophy. History The Surrey Championships was first staged in 1890 and was an amateur tournament until the open era of tennis considered an important warm-up event to the Wimbledon championships and the ''first big opener of the grass court season'' it attracted many former British and foreign Grand Slam champions post open era the tournament was part of the men's Grand Prix Tour in 1974 and from 1979 to 1980. Forgotten Sunrise
Forgotten Sunrise is an Estonian industrial/deathbeat band founded in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. Their sound has been compared to a mixture of Dead Can Dance, David Lynch, Katatonia, Celtic Frost and Clock DVA. History 1992–1994 Forgotten Sunrise was formed in summer 1992 as the result of common interest of Anders Melts and Jan Talts to make death metal in Estonia. Two friends with previous experiences, Margus Gustavson and Tarvo Valm, joined the yet unnamed band. After six months and having their first songs, in 1993 a demo “Behind The Abysmal Sky” was recorded. A few months later, a contract with a Finnish label, Rising Realm Records, was signed and by the end of the year the “Forever Sleeping Greystones” mini-CD had been recorded. The mini-album was released at the end of 1994.
