Sam Page (politician)
Sam Page is an American physician and politician serving as the County Executive of St. Louis County, Missouri since April 29, 2019, taking office following the resignation of his predecessor, Steve Stenger. A member of the Democratic Party, Page represented the 2nd district of the St. Louis County Council from 2014 to 2019. Political career Page was first elected to the Creve Coeur City Council in 1999, and re-elected in 2001. In 2002, he was elected to the first of three terms in the Missouri House of Representatives. On June 5, 2007, he announced his candidacy for the Democratic nomination for Lieutenant Governor of Missouri. Bekki Cook
Rebecca McDowell "Bekki" Cook (July 18, 1950) is an American politician from Missouri, United States. She served as the 36th Missouri Secretary of State from December 1994 to January 2001. Cook was raised in Jackson, Missouri, and attended public schools. She graduated from the University of Missouri in 1972 with a degree in political science. She received her J.D. degree from the University of Missouri in 1975 and practiced law in Cape Girardeau. While working in private law practice, Cook was appointed to the Missouri State Board of Education by Governor John Ashcroft. She was subsequently re-appointed by Governor Mel Carnahan. In December 1994, Carnahan appointed Cook as Missouri's Secretary of State. Cook succeeded Judi Moriarty who had been impeached and removed from office following a scandal. Susan Montee
Susan Montee (born July 6, 1959) is an American lawyer and politician from the U.S. state of Missouri who served as the 35th State Auditor of Missouri. She won the election in 2006 Missouri State Auditor Election and was sworn into her position on January 4, 2007. She was the third woman in succession to serve as State Auditor of Missouri. She succeeded then- U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill. Montee is a member of the Democratic Party. She was defeated in the 2010 election by Tom Schweich. In 2011 Montee was elected the Chair of the Missouri Democratic Party, which she stepped down from later that year to run for Lieutenant Governor.
