Saltibum
''Saltibum'' is a Brazilian reality competition series broadcast on Rede Globo, based on the '' Celebrity Splash!'' format created by Dutch company Eyeworks. The name ''Saltibum'' is a portmanteau of the words ''Salto'' (''Jump'' in Portuguese) and ''Tibum'' (a Portuguese onomatopoeia for ''Splash''). The series premiered on April 5, 2014, airing as a one-hour segment during '' Caldeirão do Huck'', hosted by Luciano Huck. BASC supervisor and BOC member Eduardo Falcão and Olympic athlete Hugo Parisi were judges while Roberto Gonçalves, Andrea Boehme, Cassius Duran and Juliana Veloso mentored the competitors. On May 22, 2014, Rede Globo renewed the show for a second season. Format In the show, 12–14 celebrities compete against each other performing dives from extreme heights in order to impress a judging panel. Saltibum (season 1)
''Saltibum'' is the first season of the Saltibum, Brazilian version of ''Celebrity Splash!''. The season premiered on April 5, 2014 and run for 9 weeks, ending on May 31, 2014 on Rede Globo. Actor Rômulo Neto won the competition over actress Camilla Camargo by a difference of 1.0 point. Format Twelve Brazilian celebrities were equally divided into two teams led by captains Caio Castro (Red team) and Felipe Titto (Blue team). The captains are ineligible to win the main prize (a new Volkswagen Up) and are instead competing in weekly dive-offs to win their own car, which would be awarded to the captain who have the highest amount of scores combined over the course of 9 weeks. The second season of ''Saltibum'' premiered on April 11, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. ( BRT/AMT) on Rede Globo. Luciano Huck returned to present, alongside resident judge Eduardo Falcão. Hugo Parisi was replaced by Roberto Biagioni. This season had two winners (one male and one female), as opposed to the single winner format used in previous season. Actress Priscila Fantin won the Women's final against singer Thaeme, while actor Rodrigo Simas beat dancer Jacaré in the Men's final. (also known as ''Splash!'') is a reality television franchise created by Dutch company Eyeworks, started from their Dutch reality show '' Sterren Springen Op Zaterdag'' which premièred in 2012. The franchise involves celebrities diving into the pool.
