Áron Gádorfalvi (born 5 December 1976 in Budapest) is a Hungarian windsurfer, who specializes in Mistral and Neil Pryde RS:X classes. He represented Hungary in all five editions of the Olympic Games since 1996, and has been training at Axon SE, Gradus SK, and Balatonfuredi Yacht Club in Balatonfured for most of his sporting career under personal coaches Lorand Utassy and László Ficsór. As of September 2013, Gádorfalvi is ranked no. 48 in the world for the sailboard class by the International Sailing Federation. As an 18-year-old, Gádorfalvi made his official debut at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, where he placed thirty-ninth in men's Mistral sailboard with a net score of 313 points. At the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Gádorfalvi produced a stellar performance with a sterling grade of 177 to pick up a twenty-fourth spot in the same program. Thomas John Mitchell Ashley (born 11 February 1984 in Auckland) is a sailor from New Zealand, who won the gold medal in the men's sailboard event at the 2008 Summer Olympics, he also won the 2008 RS:X World Championships. He is the Olympic champion and the 2008 World champion. Ashley attended Westlake Boys High School in Auckland, which had earlier fostered the development of other notable sailors, including Chris Dickson and Dean Barker. Ashley placed 2nd two years previous at the 2006 World Championships. During the event the top-10 sailors were selected to sail the final race, called the medal race. Before the start of the medal race Ashley was in first position, only one point in front of Casper Bouman from the Netherlands. Fabian Heidegger (born 4 August 1988) is an Italian former windsurfer, who specialized in the RS:X class. He represented his country Italy at the 2008 Summer Olympics, finishing among the top twenty windsurfers in his signature sailboard. Heidegger trained most of his competitive sporting career, as a member of the sailing roster for A.V.L. Caldaro, under the tutelage of his personal coach Paolo Ghione. Heidegger competed for the Italian sailing squad, as a 20-year-old, in the inaugural men's RS:X class at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. Shahar Tzuberi (or Zubari, he, שחר צוברי; born September 1, 1986) is an Israeli windsurfer and Olympic bronze medalist, surfing in the "Neil Pryde" RS:X discipline. He is a nephew of Gad Tsobari, the 1972 Olympic wrestler who escaped from Arab terrorists during the Munich massacre. He is a three-time Olympian. Early life Tzuberi was born in Eilat, Israel, to a family of both Mizrahi Jewish ( Yemenite-Jewish) and Ashkenazi Jewish descent. He began surfing at the age of 7, encouraged by his father, Ze'ev "Poodle" Tzuberi. After winning a number of local surfing competitions, he began training professionally. Tzuberi joined the Israel Defense Forces in 2005 and received an "Athlete of Excellence" status, allowing him to compete in international competitions.
