Saidu Dansadau
Saidu Muhammed Dansadau (born 20 June 1953) is a Nigerian politician, he was elected Senator for the Zamfara Central constituency of Zamfara State, Nigeria at the start of the Nigerian Fourth Republic, running on the All People's Party (APP) platform. He took office on 29 May 1999. He was reelected in April 2003 on the All Nigeria People's Party platform for another four years. Birth and early career Dansadau was born in June 1953. He obtained a B.Sc (Education) and a PGD (Public Administration), and worked as an educationalist. He began medium, and later large-scale farming in 1977, and continued to stay involved in farming throughout his political career. He was the Sokoto State Secretary of the National Party of Nigeria (NPN) from 1981 to 1983 during the Second Nigerian Republic. Hassan Nasiha
Hassan Muhammad Gusau, (born 12 December 1960) known as Hassan Nasiha, is a Nigerian politician who is the current deputy governor of Zamfara State, taking office in 2022 following the impeachment of Mahdi Aliyu Gusau. He was appointed deputy governor by Governor Bello Matawalle after Mahdi Aliyu Gusau was impeached by the Zamfara State House of Assembly on 23 February 2022. He is a member of the All Progressive Congress (APC). He defected from PDP to APC along side the state governor Bello Matawalle and other diplomats. He was the serving senator since 2019 for Zamfara Central in the 9th National Assembly before his appointment as deputy governor. The Federal Capital Territory, commonly known as the FCT, is a federal territory in central Nigeria. Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria, is located in this territory. Islam is one of the largest religions in Nigeria and the country has the largest Muslim population in West Africa. In 2021, the CIA World Factbook estimated that 53.5% of Nigeria's population is Muslim. Islam is predominantly concentrated in the northern half of the country, with a significant Muslim minority in the southern region. Islam was introduced to what is now Nigeria during the 11th century via trade routes with North Africa and the Senegalese basin, and it was the first monotheistic Abrahamic religion to arrive in Nigeria. Muhammad Adamu Aliero (born 1 January 1957) was governor of Kebbi State in Nigeria from 29 May 1999 to 29 May 2007. He is a member of the People's Democratic Party (PDP).
