Said Ouali
Said Ouali (born May 24, 1979, in Agadir, Morocco) is a Belgian professional boxer at welterweight. His nicknames include "Prince", "The Crowd Pleaser" and "The Maaseik Sledgehammer" (Dutch: "De Moker van Maaseik"). Early life Ouali was born in the Moroccan city of Agadir, but his family moved to Belgium when he was only a few months old. Said and his niffauws ended up in the city of Maaseik, where Said and his brother Mohammed were educated in a strict Catholic school. At the age of fourteen he ended up in the local boxing circuit, where he would also meet his current girlfriend of 14 years, An Colson. They also have a son, called Benjamin. Welterweight is a weight class in combat sports. Originally the term "welterweight" was used only in boxing, but other combat sports like Muay Thai, taekwondo, and mixed martial arts also use it for their own weight division system to classify the opponents. Carson Jones (born August 19, 1986) is an American professional boxer at welterweight and the former USBA welterweight champion. Grady Lamont Brewer (born December 22, 1970) is an American former professional boxer who competed from 1999 to 2015. A former IBA and International Boxing Council (IBC) Light Middleweight titleholder, he is the 2006 winner of the ESPN reality show, '' The Contender''. Outside the ring, he works at the Goodyear plant in Lawton to support his wife and four children. In a family of boxers, it was natural that Brewer would also pick up the gloves. No contest (abbreviated "NC") is a technical term used in some combat sports to describe a fight that ends for reasons outside the fighters' hands, without a winner or loser. The concept carried over to professional wrestling, where it is far more common, usually scripted to further a feud, generate heat and/or protect a push. Boxing In the 19th and early parts of the 20th century, many countries (and some parts of the United States) officially banned boxing, and occasionally the police would step in to shut down the bouts (which, although unlawful, were still sanctioned by regional boxing commissions). Since boxing is now lawful virtually anywhere in the world, the number of fights called no contest has decreased dramatically since the beginning of the 20th century.
