Saffet Sancaklı
Saffet Sancaklı ( sr-Cyrl, Сафет Санџакли, Safet Sandžakli; born 27 February 1966) is a Turkish former international footballer and current politician. He is a deputy of Nationalist Movement Party, representing city of Kocaeli. Club career Sancaklı scored 130 goals in Süper Lig with different teams. He is third player (after Refik Osman Top and Ali Soydan) who played at the Big Three of Turkey, Beşiktaş (1987–1988), Galatasaray (1994–1995) and Fenerbahçe (1996–1998). He also played for Kültürspor (1983–1985), Vefa SK (1985–1987), Eskişehirspor (1988–1989, on loan), Sarıyer (1990–1991), Kocaelispor (1991–1994 and 1995–1996) and Konyaspor (1989–1990, on loan and 1998–1999). International career Sancaklı played for Turkey national football team (23 matches with 6 goals) and was a participant at the 1996 UEFA European Championship. Tutin, Serbia
Tutin ( sr-cyrl, Тутин) is a town and municipality located in the Raška District of southwestern Serbia. According to a 2011 census, the municipality of Tutin has a population of 31,155 people. History The settlement of Gluhavica in the territory of Tutin is likely the oldest village attested by name in the municipality. It was an iron mining center of Stefan Milutin, King of Serbia in the early 14th century century. After the battle of Kosovo (1389), the Gluhavica mine was the first to be placed under direct Ottoman control in the area. A kadi of Gluhavica is attested as early as 1396. There is no information about the foundation of the town of Tutin and its etymology is unknown. The village is mentioned for the first time in a 1868 travelogue by British writer M. Mackenzie. 2014 Turkish Local Elections
Local elections (formal: local authority general elections, Turkish: ''Mahalli İdareler Genel Seçimi'' or simply ''Yerel Seçimleri'') were held in Turkey on 30 March 2014, with some repeated on 1 June 2014. Metropolitan and district mayors as well as their municipal council members in cities, and muhtars and "elderly councils" in rural areas (and also in mahalles within urban areas) were elected. In light of the controversy around the elections, it was viewed as a referendum on the government of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. About 50 million people were eligible to vote. A local government re-organisation took place before the election, lowering the total number of elected officials from 38,592 to 23,132.
