Amstelveen () is a municipality in the province of North Holland, Netherlands with a population of 92.353 as of 2022. It is a suburban part of the Amsterdam metropolitan area. The municipality of Amstelveen consists of the historical villages of Bovenkerk and Nes aan de Amstel. Albert Evers (1868 – after 1890) was an English footballer who played in the Football Alliance for Small Heath. Born in Birmingham, Evers moved up from junior football to provide cover for Small Heath's half-back line.
