The SPL Keski-Suomen piiri ''(Central Finland Football Association)'' is one of the 12 Finnish District Football Associations, district organisations of the Football Association of Finland. It administers lower tier football (soccer), football in Central Finland. Jyväskylä () is a city and municipality in Finland in the western part of the Finnish Lakeland. It is located about 150 km north-east from Tampere, the third largest city in Finland; and about 270 km north from Helsinki, the capital of Finland. FC Jyväskylä Blackbird (abbreviated FCJ Blackbird or FC Blackbird or FCJ) is a football club from Jyväskylä in Finland. The club was formed in 1996 and their home ground is at the Hippos nurmikenttä. The men's first team currently plays in the Kakkonen (Second Division). The Chairman of FCJ Blackbird is Nellu Petrescu and Harri Huttunen is the Manager. Jyväskylän Seudun Palloseura
Jyväskylän Seudun Palloseura (abbreviated JPS) is a sports club from Jyväskylä, Finland. The club was formed in 1962 and their home ground is at the Vehkalammen kenttä. The men's football team currently plays in the Kolmonen (Third Division). The other main sporting activity run by the club is bandy. Their home ice is Viitaniemen tekojäärata and they play in Bandyliiga, the top league for bandy in Finland. Bandy JPS won the Finnish Cup in 2017. The club has been playing in the national top-tier Bandyliiga for years and played the final for the Finnish Championship in 2014 but lost against Oulun Luistinseura. Veikkausliiga (; sv, Tipsligan) is the premier division of Finnish football, the highest tier of the Finnish football league structure, comprising the top 12 clubs of the country. Its main sponsor is the Finnish national betting agency Veikkaus, hence the league's name. Veikkausliiga was founded in 1990; before that the top division was called ''Mestaruussarja'' (championship series) since 1930 which was an amateur or semi-professional league. Jämsänkosken Ilves (abbreviated JIlves) is a sports club from Jämsänkoski, Finland. The club is active in cross-country skiing, swimming, athletics, and football, where it has a long tradition. Jämsänkoski is a former town and municipality of Finland in the Central Finland region. It is located near Lake Päijänne and the Jämsänjoki river. The town had a population of 7,351 in 2008. It covered an area of 448.67 km² of which 48.02 km² is water. The population density was 16.9 inhabitants per km². The municipality of Koskenpää was consolidated with Jämsänkoski in 1969, while Jämsänkoski was consolidated with Jämsä in 2009. History Linnasenmäki, the remains of an Iron Age hillfort, are located in the southern part of Jämsänkoski near the paper mill. The area may have had Stone Age settlement as well.
