SMP Racing is the motor sport endurance racing team and also motorsport management created in 2013 by Boris Rotenberg, founder of the SMP Bank of Russia. Description The goal of SMP Racing is to train and unveil new talents. The team's training center is in Le Luc, France. Egor Alekseevich Orudzhev ( rus, Его́р Алексе́евич Ору́джев, p=ɪˈɡor ɐˈrudʐɨf, born 16 October 1995) is a Russian racing driver. Career Karting Born in Saint Petersburg, Orudzhev entered karting in 2006, when he finished as runner-up in the Russian Karting Championship in the Mini Class, before he became champion in the Russian KF3 Championship in 2009. Also in 2009 he moved to the international scene, where he competed in the KF3 category as well. He progressed into the KF2 category in 2011, when he finished third in the WSK Euro Series. Formula Renault In 2012, Orudzhev made his début in single-seaters, taking part in the French F4 Championship. He closed the top ten in the series standings with seven point-scoring finishes, including two podiums – a second and a third – at the Bugatti Circuit. 2018 Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup
The 2018 Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup was the eighth season of the Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup. The season began on 22 April at Monza and ended on 30 September in Barcelona. The season featured five rounds, with each race lasting for a duration of three hours besides the 24 Hours of Spa and the 1000 km Paul Ricard events. Calendar At the annual press conference during the 2017 24 Hours of Spa on 28 July, the Stéphane Ratel Organisation announced the first draft of the 2018 calendar. No changes were made to the schedule compared to 2017. On 17 September 2017, it was announced the race at Silverstone was moved a week to avoid a clash with the Nürburgring 24 Hours. Entry list On 2 October 2017, it was announced grids would be limited to 26 Pro class entries, in an effort to make the championship more attractive to Pro-Am and Am class competitors. Nikita Troitskiy
Nikita Troitskiy ( rus, Никита Троицкий; born 16 April 1999 in Ekenäs) is a Finnish-born Russian driver. Career Karting Born in Ekenäs, Finland, but raised in St. Petersburg, Troitskiy competed in karting for a number of years after some encouragement from fellow countryman Robert Shwartzman. Lower formulae In 2015, Troitskiy graduated to single-seaters in the SMP F4 and French F4 Championships. He claimed a win and finished sixth in the former whilst finishing thirteenth in the latter. Later that month, Troitskiy partook in the MRF Challenge and finished third overall. Formula Renault 2.0 NEC In 2016, Troitskiy switched to the sport with Fortec Motorsports. He finished thirteenth overall, with a podium in his first race. Euroformula Open Troitskiy also raced in two rounds of the Euroformula Open Championship with Drivex, claiming a pole and third place in the second race at Monza.
