SK Uničov is a Czech Republic, Czech association football, football club located in Uničov, Czech Republic. It currently plays in the Moravian–Silesian Football League, which is the third tier of Czech football. Uničov (; german: Mährisch Neustadt) is a town in Olomouc District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 11,000 inhabitants. The historic town centre is well preserved and is protected by law as an urban monument zone. Administrative parts Villages of Benkov, Brníčko, Dětřichov, Dolní Sukolom, Horní Sukolom, Nová Dědina, Renoty and Střelice are administrative parts of Uničov. Geography Uničov is located about northwest of Olomouc. It lies in the Upper Morava Valley lowland on the Oslava River. History Uničov is one of the seven royal Moravian towns. It was founded around 1213 by the Margrave Vladislaus III, the brother of King Ottokar I of Bohemia. It received Magdeburg rights in 1223 and was granted further privileges by Ottokar's successor King Wenceslaus I in 1234. Jiří Balcárek
Jiří Balcárek (born 29 April 1973) is a Czech football manager and former player. He played for Olomouc in the Czech First League and German side Union Berlin at club level and made two appearances for the Czech Republic national team. Managerial career Balcárek started his coaching career in June 2005 as assistant manager of Sigma Olomouc' B-team. He then had a spell at SK Lipová as manager, before returning to Sigma Olomouc in the summer 2006 as manager of their B-team. In January 2009, Balcárek signed as manager of Sulko Zábřeh. In April 2010, Balcárek was appointed manager of MFK Karviná. He resigned in October 2020 due to bad results. In January 2011, he returned to Sulko Zábřeh. He left the position in June 2015. Moravian–Silesian Football League
The Moravian-Silesian Football League (MSFL) ( cs, Moravskoslezská fotbalová liga) is one of the third level football leagues in the Czech Republic (the other is the Bohemian Football League) headquartered in Olomouc. The league comprises teams from the historic regions of Moravia and Silesia and partially also Bohemia. The league was formed in 1991 during the Czechoslovakia era, replacing the former ''II.ČNL'' (II. Česká národni liga; Second Czech National League) at the third tier of Czechoslovak football alongside sister league ČFL. The winner of MSFL is promoted to the Czech National Football League. Three clubs are promoted to the MSFL - the winners of Divize D, E and F of the Czech Fourth Division.
