SEPTA Broad Street Line
The Broad Street Line (BSL), also known as the Broad Street subway (BSS), Orange Line, or Broad Line, is a subway line owned by the city of Philadelphia and operated by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA). The line runs primarily north-south from the Fern Rock Transportation Center in North Philadelphia through Center City Philadelphia to NRG station at Pattison Avenue in South Philadelphia; the latter station provides access to the stadiums and arenas for the city's major professional sports teams at the South Philadelphia Sports Complex, about a quarter mile away. It is named for Broad Street, under which the line runs for almost its entire length. The line, which is entirely underground except for the northern terminus at Fern Rock, has four tracks in a local/express configuration from Fern Rock to Walnut-Locust and two tracks from Lombard-South to the southern terminus at NRG station. Race–Vine Station
Race-Vine is a rapid transit passenger rail station on SEPTA's Broad Street Line. It is located at 300 North Broad Street ( PA 611) in the Center City district of Philadelphia, and serves both local and express trains. The station is named after Vine Street, which today acts as frontage roads along Interstate 676 and nearby Race Street, although the given address is closer to westbound Vine than Race. This stop is also used as the official stop for the Pennsylvania Convention Center on the Broad Street Line; signs will direct passengers to the appropriate exits. PATCO Speedline
The PATCO Speedline (signed in Philadelphia as the Lindenwold Line and also known colloquially as the PATCO High Speed Line) is a rapid transit route operated by the Port Authority Transit Corporation (PATCO), which runs between Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Camden County, New Jersey. The line runs underground in Philadelphia, crosses the Delaware River on the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, runs underground in Camden, then runs above ground to the east end of the line in Lindenwold, New Jersey. The Port Authority Transit Corporation and the Speedline are owned and operated by the Delaware River Port Authority. Armitage is a Chicago Transit Authority "L" elevated station with two side platforms in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, on the Brown Line; Purple Line express trains also stop at the station during weekday rush hours. North Side Main Line (CTA)
The North Side Main Line is a branch of the Chicago "L" system that is used by Red, Purple, and Brown Line trains. As of 2012, it is the network's busiest rail branch, serving an average of 123,229 passengers each weekday. The branch is long with a total of 21 stations, from Howard Street in Rogers Park down to Lake Street in Chicago's Loop. The Olney Transportation Center, also called Olney Terminal, is a SEPTA bus and subway station in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. City Hall (BSL Station)
City Hall station is a SEPTA subway station in Philadelphia. Located in Center City underneath City Hall, it serves the Broad Street Line.
