SAEP (Servicios Aéreos Especializados en Transportes Petroleros) is a Colombian cargo airline that specializes in oil transport. El Dorado International Airport is an international airport serving Bogotá, Colombia and its surrounding areas. An airline is a company that provides air transport services for traveling passengers and freight.
