S.W.A.T. (1975 TV Series)
''S.W.A.T.'' is an American Action (genre), action/crime drama television series about the adventures of a SWAT, Special Weapons And Tactics (S.W.A.T.) team operating in an unidentified Californian city, although filming was done in and around Los Angeles. A spin-off (media), spin-off of ''The Rookies'', the series aired for two seasons on American Broadcasting Company, ABC from February 1975 to April 1976. Aaron Spelling and Leonard Goldberg were executive producers. It was created by Robert Hamner and developed by Rick Husky. Richard O'Brien (American Actor)
Edward Patrick O'Brien (July 14, 1917 – March 29, 1983) was an American film and television actor. O'Brien was born in Fargo, North Dakota. He worked as a radio announcer in North Dakota before moving to Hollywood in the 1930s. He began appearing in films, and also worked as a manager at the Carthay Circle Theatre. During World War II he gave up acting to work as a stevedore in the San Francisco docks. Rose Marie (born Rose Marie Mazzetta; August 15, 1923 – December 28, 2017) was an American actress, singer, comedian, and vaudeville performer with a career ultimately spanning nine decades, which included film, radio, records, theater, night clubs and television. Rhythm Heritage was a 1970s American disco- funk band, best known for their 1976 US number one single " Theme from ''S.W.A.T.''". It sold over one million copies and was awarded a gold disc by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in February 1976. They also recorded theme music for several other ABC television shows, including "Keep Your Eye on the Sparrow," also from 1976, from ''Baretta'' (sung by Sammy Davis Jr.).
