Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica Cassino Calcio 1924 is an Italian association football club from Cassino, Lazio. It currently plays in Serie D. The club was re-founded in 2010 as A.S.D. Nuova Cassino Calcio 1924 after S.S. Cassino 1927 S.r.l. went bankrupted. The club renamed to the current denomination in 2014. The club had briefly played in Serie C2 (Lega Pro Seconda Divisione), the Italian fourth division of the professional league. The league was abolished in 2014. Stadio Gino Salveti
Stadio (literally, ''Stadium'') is an Italian pop rock band formed in 1977. The members are Giovanni Pezzoli (drums), Roberto Drovandi (bass guitar), Andrea Fornili (guitar), and Gaetano Curreri (vocals and keyboard). Formation and early recordings The group had a long-standing arrangement as an accompanying band to Lucio Dalla, a Bologna-born singer. Stadio had its first notable public appearance in the mid-1970s, when the group appeared on Lucio Dalla's 1975 collaborative album with Roberto Roversi, '' Anidride Solforosa'' (Italian for "sulfur dioxide"). The members of Stadio on this album were Giovanni Pezzoli playing the drums, Marco Nanni playing the bass and Fabio Liberators playing the keyboard. Eccellenza Lazio is the regional Eccellenza football division for clubs in Lazio, Italy. It is competed amongst 36 teams, in two different groups (A and B). Cassino () is a ''comune'' in the province of Frosinone, Southern Italy, at the southern end of the region of Lazio, the last city of the Latin Valley. Cassino is located at the foot of Monte Cairo near the confluence of the Gari and Liri rivers. The Coppa Italia Dilettanti (Italian language, Italian for: Italian Amateurs Cup) is an annual knock-out competition for teams from the fifth and sixth levels of Football in Italy, Italian football: the Eccellenza and the Promozione. All ties except for the final, which is held at the Stadio Flaminio in Rome, are played on a home-and-away basis. The cup-winners are also awarded promotion to Serie D, the fourth-ranked league. Prior to the 1999–2000 season the competition also included teams from Serie D. The Serie D () is the top level of semi-professional football in the country. The fourth tier of the Italian league system, the competition sits beneath the third professional league, Serie C. It is administered by the Lega Nazionale Dilettanti and is organized by the Roman ''Comitato Interregionale'' (Interregional Committee), a "league in the league" inside the LND.
