S.L. Benfica (women)
Sport Lisboa e Benfica (), commonly known as Benfica, is a Portuguese women's football team based in Lisbon that plays in the Campeonato Nacional Feminino, the top-level women's football league in Portugal, following promotion in the 2018–19 season. Founded on 12 December 2017, it is the women's football section of sports club S.L. Benfica. They have won two consecutive First Division titles, one Second Division title, one Portuguese Cup, three League Cups and two Super Cups. Their current home grounds are the 2,230-seater Estádio Municipal José Martins Vieira, in Almada, and Benfica Campus in Seixal, with the team occasionally playing at Estádio da Luz in Lisbon. Rilany Aguiar da Silva (born 26 June 1986), known simply as Rilany, is a Brazilian former professional footballer who played as a defender for the Brazil women's national team and clubs in Brazil, Sweden, Iceland, Spain, and Portugal. Club career Rilany transferred from Ferroviária to Tyresö in January 2014, as one of four Brazilians to join the Swedish club. Rilany was an unused substitute in Tyresö's 4–3 defeat by Wolfsburg in the 2014 UEFA Women's Champions League Final. Tyresö became insolvent in 2014 and were kicked out of the 2014 Damallsvenskan season, expunging all their results and making all their players free agents. The Campeonato Nacional Feminino (English: Women's National Championship), also known as Liga BPI for sponsorship reasons, is the top-tier women's association football league in Portugal. It is run by the Portuguese Football Federation and began in 1993. An initial ten teams compete in the league, which replaced the Taça Nacional as the highest level of women's football in Portugal. Estádio Da Tapadinha
Estádio da Tapadinha is a football stadium located in Lisbon, Portugal. With a seating capacity up to 4,000 people, it is the home ground of both Atlético Clube de Portugal and Benfica women's football team. Construction Prior to 1925 Benfica lent its pitch to Carcavelinhos. That year, the Benfica Board decided to end the lease at the end of the season, forcing Carcavelinhos to find another pitch. The Board of Carcavelinhos decided to construct its own pitch and locate it next to the Alvito quarry, in Alcântara. António Faustino conceived the Campo da Tapadinha, with help from Sousa Lino and Rodrigues Graça. The construction was managed by the members and athletes of Carcavelinhos, and the field was inaugurated on June 26, 1926. Luís Filipe Andrade de Oliveira (born 30 September 1973), known as Andrade, is a Portuguese retired professional footballer, currently manager of Brazilian club Flamengo (women).
