Luís Andrade
Luís Filipe Andrade de Oliveira (born 30 September 1973), known as Andrade, is a Portuguese retired professional footballer, currently manager of Brazilian club Flamengo (women). A gritty player with few skills, he operated mainly as a defensive midfielder but could also play as a defender. Playing career Andrade was born in Lisbon. After playing his youth football at Sporting CP, he went on to represent G.D. Estoril Praia, C.F. Estrela da Amadora, C.F. Os Belenenses, S.L. Benfica (five years, with one season loaned to S.C. Braga), Académica de Coimbra, C.D. Pinhalnovense, C.D. Olivais e Moscavide and Odivelas FC. Andrade also had abroad spells with CD Tenerife (Spanish Segunda División) and AEP Paphos FC (Cypriot First Division, a few months), and finished his 21-year senior career in the regional championships in 2013, with GS Loures and Odivelas again. Although it covers most sports, football is the focal point of it, and almost always is the only sport referred to on the cover. History and profile ''Record'' was founded by Manuel Dias. Dias was a newspaper vendor as well an athlete. Dias participated the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, Germany. In 1949, Dias would enter the national lottery in Portugal and would win 40 contos. Portugal Olympic Football Team
The Portugal national under-23 football team (also known as Portugal Olympic football team) represents Portugal in international football competitions (final stage and qualifiers) in Olympic Games, as well as in under–23 football tournaments. The selection is limited to players under the age of 23, except three over-age players. The team is controlled by the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF). In three participations, Portugal's highest place was fourth, in 1996. This team also competed in the now-defunct Under-23 European Championship. The Primeira Liga (; English: Premier League, also written as Liga Portugal 1), also known as Liga Portugal Bwin for sponsorship reasons, is the top level of the Portuguese football league system. The Cypriot First Division ( el, Πρωτάθλημα Α΄ Κατηγορίας) is the top tier football league competition in Cyprus, run by the Cyprus Football Association. Since February 2016, it is sponsored by Cyta and is thus officially known as the Cyta Championship.
