Ryquell Armstead
Ryquell Keeman Armstead (born October 30, 1996) is an American football running back for the DC Defenders. He played college football at Temple and was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fifth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. Early life and high school career Armstead was born in Bridgeton, New Jersey, and grew up in Millville, New Jersey. He rushed for 1,488 yards and 18 touchdowns as a senior at Millville Senior High School, including a school-record 337 yards against Absegami High School. College career Armstead played four seasons for the Temple Owls. Armstead spent his first two seasons as a backup to starter Jahad Thomas and rushed for 191 yards and two touchdowns as a freshman. A running back (RB) is a member of the offensive backfield in gridiron football. American Football

2016 Temple Owls Football Team
The 2016 Temple Owls football team represented Temple University in the 2016 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Owls were led by fourth-year head coach Matt Rhule and played their home games at Lincoln Financial Field. They were members of the East Division of the American Athletic Conference. The 2016 NCAA Division I FBS football season was the highest level of college football competition in the United States organized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The 2015 Temple Owls football team represented Temple University in the 2015 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Owls were led by third-year head coach Matt Rhule and played their home games at Lincoln Financial Field. They were members of the East Division of the American Athletic Conference. Jahad Thomas
Jahad Thomas (born November 6, 1995) is a former American professional running back. He played college football at Temple University, where he earned second-team All-American Athletic Conference honors in 2016. He was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent after the 2017 NFL Draft. Early life Thomas was born to Connie Thomas and Eddie Roberts in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Thomas was a two-sport athlete at Elizabeth High School where he played both football and basketball. Thomas captained both teams. In football, Thomas played both running back and cornerback. He played alongside his college quarterback, Phillip Walker who currently plays for the Carolina Panthers.
