Ryan Flannigan
Ryan Flannigan (born 30 June 1988) is a Scottish cricketer. Flannigan is a right-handed batsman who bowls right-arm medium pace. He was born at Kelso and attended Napier University, Edinburgh. Flannigan made his debut for Scotland against India A in June 2010, making two List A appearances the tourists. Later in August 2010, he made his first-class debut in the 2009–10 Intercontinental Cup against Afghanistan at Cambusdoon New Ground, Ayr. Following this match, he made what is to date his only One Day International appearance against the same opposition, though he was dismissed for a duck by Shapoor Zadran. Later in the 2010 season, he made two appearances in the Clydesdale Bank 40 against Leicestershire and Durham. Flannigan featured on a regular basis for Scotland in the 2011 Clydesdale Bank 40, making six List A appearances during the competition, though he only scored 92 runs at an average of 15.33. Kelso, Scottish Borders
Kelso ( sco, Kelsae gd, Cealsaidh) is a market town in the Scottish Borders area of Scotland. Within the boundaries of the historic county of Roxburghshire, it lies where the rivers Tweed and Teviot have their confluence. The town has a population of 5,639 according to the 2011 census and based on the 2010 definition of the locality. Kelso's main tourist draws are the ruined Kelso Abbey and Floors Castle. Shapoor Zadran ( ps, ; born 8 July 1987) is an Afghan cricketer. Zadran is a left-arm fast-medium bowler. Zadran currently plays for the Afghanistan national cricket team. Domestic career Zadran made his debut for Afghanistan against Chitral in the 2003/4 Inter-District Senior Tournament. His international debut for the side came against Oman in the 2004 ACC Trophy. Zadran also represented Afghanistan in the 2006 ACC Trophy, playing a single against Bahrain, in the final which Afghanistan lost by 3 wickets. In cricket, a century is a score of 100 or more runs in a single innings by a batsman. The term is also included in "century partnership" which occurs when two batsmen add 100 runs to the team total when they are batting together. Mannofield is a cricket ground in the Mannofield district of Aberdeen, Scotland. Batting Average (cricket)
In cricket, a player's batting average is the total number of runs they have scored divided by the number of times they have been out, usually given to two decimal places. Since the number of runs a player scores and how often they get out are primarily measures of their own playing ability, and largely independent of their teammates, batting average is a good metric for an individual player's skill as a batter (although the practice of drawing comparisons between players on this basis is not without criticism). The number is also simple to interpret intuitively. If all the batter's innings were completed (i.e. they were out every innings), this is the average number of runs they score per innings. The 2011 Clydesdale Bank 40 tournament was the second season of the ECB 40 limited overs cricket competition for the English and Welsh first-class counties. In addition to the 18 counties, Scotland and the Netherlands took part, as well as the Unicorns, a team of players who did not have first-class contracts.
