Russian Highways
The State Company Russian Highways (russian: Государственная компания «Российские автомобильные дороги», commonly referred to as Avtodor) is the Russian state infrastructure and highway service company. The company was founded in 2009, and is based in Moscow. Avtodor allocates and manages funds from the federal budget for the construction, development and operation of motorways and highways. Avtodor attracts private sector investments in the implementation of long-term infrastructure projects. The Moscow–Saint Petersburg motorway ( rus, Автомагистраль Москва — Санкт-Петербург, Avtomagistral' Moskva-Sankt-Peterburg}), designated as the М11 Neva, is a Russian federal highway in the European part of Russia, running parallel to the M10 highway, serving from the federal cities of Moscow to St. Petersburg. The M11 goes through Moscow, Tver, Novgorod, and Leningrad Oblasts, running pass the cities of Khimki, Zelenograd, Solnechnogorsk, Klin, Tver, Vyshny Volochyok, Valday, Veliky Novgorod, Chudovo, and Tosno. The M11 is a category 1A highway, defined as a motorway, which has two to five lanes on each side and a calculated speed limit of around 150 km/h. The M11 is one of the most recent federal highways. The Russian route M1 (also known as the ''Belarus Highway'', road to Minsk) is a major trunk road that runs from Moscow through Smolensk before reaching the border with Belarus. The length is . M4 Highway (Russia)
The Federal Automobile Road M-4 "Don" is a major expressway, trunk road that links Moscow, Voronezh, Rostov-na-Donu and Krasnodar. Its length is 1517 kilometres. The route starts at the Moscow Ring Road (as Kashira Highway) and runs south, passing west of Vidnoye, east of Domodedovo, west of Kashira and Stupino, where the Caspian Highway branches off to the east.
