Russ Dugger
Russell Dugger (born January 12, 1975) is an American professional stock car racing driver who has competed in both the NASCAR Truck Series and the ARCA Racing Series. Racing career Dugger was a world-class R/C driver before he began competing in full size vehicles. He was sponsored by numerous nitro R/C manufacturers to compete in national and international events, specializing in both 1/8 scale on-road nitro pan car and 1/8 scale nitro off-road buggy classes. Through an acquaintance with Mark Eldridge of Mobile Soundstage Engineering, he has piloted a one-of-a-kind street legal 2006 Dodge Charger show car converted from a retired NASCAR chassis for private and charity ride-along events around Hallett Motor Racing Circuit. Mountain Grove, Missouri
Mountain Grove is a city in Wright County and Texas County in the U.S. state of Missouri. It lies within the Ozarks in the south-central part of the state. The population was 4,313 at the 2020 census. History A post office called Mountain Grove has been in operation since 1875. The community owes its present name to a stand of trees near the original elevated town site. In 1841 a settlement was built on land east of Mountain Grove near a spring in a grove of hickory timber. A post office was established in Hickory Spring in 1853. The post office, in 1878, was named for Judge Robert W. Fyan, a prominent figure in early county history. In 1859, a general store was built at the crossroads about one mile west of Hickory Spring. The old post office established under the name of Fyan before the Civil War changed to Mountain Grove, with reference to its location on a ridge in a grove of trees, in 1878. The race is currently held on the same weekend as the IndyCar Series race at the track, the PPG 375 and is a standalone race for the Truck Series (no other NASCAR series have races at the track that weekend). History The race was originally a standalone race for NASCAR in the month of June that shared a weekend with the track's IndyCar Series race, the Genesys 600. History The 2006 race saw 18 caution flags flown during the race, setting a series record. Dennis Setzer won the 2007 race without making a fuel stop, which took place with a 22-gallon fuel cell. This race took over seven hours to run due to three rain delays and was the final Craftsman Truck Series victory for Spears Motorsports, who ceased operations following the 2007 season. The Heart of America 200 is a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race held at the Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas. Since 2020, the race has been 134 laps and long. From 2001 to 2019, the race was one of a few on the Truck Series schedule to be 250 miles (Daytona, Talladega, Texas' 400km event). In 2020, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic schedule changes, the Truck Series had three races at Kansas with the first two being a doubleheader in July after being postponed from May and the other one being held in the fall. In 2020, as part of schedule realignment, the fall race became the only Truck Series race at the track as NASCAR decided to give the track one Xfinity Series race instead. The San Bernardino County 200 is a discontinued NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race held at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California. It was first held in 1997, the year Auto Club Speedway opened, and last held in 2009. The race had been held as the second race of the Truck Series season since 2005, but was removed from the schedule after 2009 in order to save teams money in travel costs, no longer forcing them to travel from east coast to west coast for a race. The NextEra Energy 250 is the first race of the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season at Daytona International Speedway and as of 2004 has been held under the lights. It is the Truck Series event of Speedweeks – the series of races leading up to the Daytona 500.
