Adriaan Ruhan Nel (born 17 May 1991) is a South African rugby union player for the in Super Rugby and in the Currie Cup and in the Rugby Challenge. His regular position is full-back, winger and centre. Youth rugby Nel played for the side in the 2010 Under-19 Provincial Championship competition and for in club rugby. Club rugby Nel signed for Johannesburg-based side the for 2012 and made his first class debut for them in the 2012 Vodacom Cup match against local rivals the . He played for the side during the 2012 Under-21 Provincial Championship and made another three senior appearances in the 2013 Vodacom Cup. His Currie Cup debut for the Lions came during the 2013 season, when he came on as a substitute in the 54th minute against the – and scored a try within five minutes of coming on. Gqeberha (), formerly Port Elizabeth and colloquially often referred to as P.E., is a major seaport and the most populous city in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. 2012 Under-21 Provincial Championship
The 2012 ABSA Under-21 Provincial Championship will be contested from 13 July to 27 October 2012. The tournament will feature the Under-21 players from the fourteen provincial rugby unions in South Africa. Competition Division A There are seven participating teams in the 2012 ABSA Under-21 Provincial Championship Division A. These teams will play each other twice over the course of the season, once at home and once away. Teams will receive four points for a win and two points for a draw. Bonus points are awarded to teams that score 4 or more tries in a game, as well as to teams that lose a match by 7 points or less. Teams are ranked by points, then points difference (points scored less points conceded). The top 4 teams will qualify for the title play-offs. The Griquas (; af, Griekwa, often confused with ''!Orana'', which is written as ''Korana'' or ''Koranna'') are a subgroup of heterogeneous former Khoe-speaking nations in Southern Africa with a unique origin in the early history of the Cape Colony. 2014 Gold Coast Sevens
The 2014 Gold Coast Sevens was the first tournament of the 2014-15 Sevens World Series. It was held over the weekend of 11–12 October 2014 at Cbus Super Stadium in Queensland, Australia, and was the twelfth completed edition of the Australian Sevens tournament. Format The teams were drawn into four pools of four teams each. Each team played everyone in their pool one time. The top two teams from each pool advanced to the Cup/Plate brackets.
