Royal Military College, Kuala Lumpur
Royal Military College ( ms, Maktab Tentera DiRaja; abbreviated RMC) is an all-boys military school established to train young Malaysians for service in the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF). RMC is an elite and prestigious College in Malaysia. It is sometimes dubbed "the Malaya's Sandhurst". On 9 December 1966, in a ceremony held at the college, HM Ismail Nasiruddin of Terengganu, the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong, conferred the "Royal" (Malay: ''DiRaja'') title to the FMC. This was a great honour for the college as RMC the only educational institution in the history of this nation has the "Royal" title bestowed upon it. Hence since 1966, the former Federation Military College came to be known as the Royal Military College. A current student of RMC is known as a ''Present Putera'', while a graduate of the institution is known as an ''Old Putera'' or "OP" in short. Port Dickson (Negeri Sembilan Malay: ''Podeksen'', Jawi: ) is a beach resort in Port Dickson District, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. It is the second largest urban area in Negeri Sembilan after Seremban, its state capital. Yamtuan, also known officially as Yang di-Pertuan Besar and unofficially as Grand Ruler, is the royal title of the ruler of the Malaysian state of Negeri Sembilan. The Grand Ruler of Negeri Sembilan is elected by a council of ruling chiefs in the state, or the '' Undangs''. This royal practice has been followed since 1773. Donald MacGillivray
Sir Donald Charles MacGillivray (22 September 1906 – 24 December 1966) was a Scottish colonial administrator who served as the last British High Commissioner in Malaya. Early life and education MacGillivray was born in 1906, the son of Edinburgh barrister Evan James MacGillivray, and Maud Hamilton Turcan. He was educated at Sherborne School and Trinity College, Oxford. He earned a B.A. in 1928. He was selected for the Colonial Administrative Service in 1929 and was posted to Tanganyika.
