Royal Club (esports)
Royal Club ( zh, s=皇族俱乐部) is a Chinese professional ''League of Legends'' team that competes in the League of Legends Development League (LDL), the second highest level of competitive ''League of Legends'' in China. The team was founded in 2012 and was known as Star Horn Royal Club from 2014 to 2016 to reflect its titular sponsor, Star Horn. They were the first team to reach the finals of the League of Legends World Championship twice, doing so in 2013 and 2014. The only member of both squads was Jian "Uzi" Zi-Hao. Royal Club is currently the academy team of Royal Never Give Up. History 2013 Royal Club started off the year with their participation in the G-League 2012 Season 2, finished at 3-4th place after losing against Team WE 1–4. The 2014 ''League of Legends'' World Championship was an esports tournament held from September 18 to October 19, 2014, for the multiplayer online battle arena video game ''League of Legends''. It was the fourth iteration of the ''League of Legends'' World Championship, an annual international tournament organized by the game's developer, Riot Games. Matches were held in Taipei, Singapore, Busan, and Seoul, with grand finals being at the Seoul World Cup Stadium in Seoul, South Korea. Royal Never Give Up (RNG) is a Chinese esports organization whose ''League of Legends'' team competes in the League of Legends Pro League. It was established in May 2015. RNG won the 2016 LPL Spring Playoffs, 2018 LPL Spring Playoffs and 2018 LPL Summer Playoffs, and is the champion of the 2018, 2021, and 2022 Mid-Season Invitational. Its sister team is Royal Club. OMG (esports)
OMG (short for Oh My God) is a Chinese esports organization. Their ''League of Legends'' division was formed in May 2012 and competes in the ''League of Legends'' Pro League (LPL). The team made its first appearance at the ''League of Legends'' World Championship in 2013 and qualified again the following year.
