Rosvalla Nyköping Eventcenter
Nyköpings Arenor, Rosvalla is a sports and exhibition centre purely owned by the municipality of Nyköping and managed by Peab on behalf of Nyköping Sports and Exhibition Centre. The stadium includes indoor ice rinks, tennis courts, bowling lanes and a multi-purpose hall for sports, exhibitions and concerts. The facility, which opened in 2003, is home to the clubs; Nyköpings Hockey and Nyköpings BIS. Nyköping
Nyköping () is a Urban areas in Sweden, locality and the seat of Nyköping Municipality, Södermanland County, Sweden with 32,759 inhabitants as of 2017. The city is also the capital of Södermanland County. Including Arnö, the locality on the southern shore of the bay just a couple of kilometres from the city centre, Nyköping would have above 36,000 inhabitants. Commonly, Arnö is referred to as a part of the city proper. It forms a wider conurbation with the neighbouring minor municipality and town of Oxelösund south of its outskirts. The municipality is much larger, although sparsely populated outside of the urban area. Nyköping directly translates to ''Newmarket'' into English. Nyköpings Hockeyklubb (English: ''Nyköping Hockey Club'', often referred to as Nyköpings HK or Nyköpings Hockey) was an ice hockey club from Nyköping, Sweden, which last played in the Division 1, the third tier of ice hockey in Sweden. The club was founded in 1990 as IK Nyköping Hockey 90 (or NH90), formed through the merger of Nyköpings HL and the ice hockey section of Nyköpings BIS. Nyköpings BIS is a Swedish football club located in Nyköping. The club started out as a merger in 1966 between Nyköpings SK and Nyköpings AIK. Since their foundation Nyköpings BIS has participated mainly in the middle divisions of the Swedish football league system in particular Divisions 2 and 3. During the period 1971 until 1980 and again in 1984 Nyköpings BIS played in Division 2 which at that time was the second tier of Swedish football. Melodifestivalen 2007 was the selection for the 47th song to represent Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest. It was the 46th time that this system of picking a song has been used. Five heats took place to select the ten songs for the final, in Jönköping, Gothenburg, Örnsköldsvik, Gävle and a Second Chance round in Nyköping. Melodifestivalen 2012
Melodifestivalen 2012 is a Swedish song contest that was held between 4 February and 10 March 2012. It selected the fifty-second Swedish entry to be internationally represented in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 (ESC 2012). As in the editions between 2009–2011, a maximum of eight people were allowed on stage, while only persons of 16 years or over are eligible. However, in accordance with Eurovision rules, only six people were allowed on stage for the Swedish entry at Eurovision. The main singer(s) were required to perform vocals live on stage. Melodifestivalen 2019 was the 59th edition of the Swedish music competition Melodifestivalen and was held between 2 February 2019 and 9 March 2019. Presenters were Sarah Dawn Finer, Kodjo Akolor, Marika Carlsson and Eric Saade. Edward af Sillén returned as a consultant and adviser, producing various interval acts for the hosts.
