Rosa María López Cortés (Spain in the Eurovision Song Contest 2002, which was the most followed in the country since there are official audience statistics and in which she obtained the seventh position with the song "Europe's living a celebration". It was her first musical success and reached number one on the Los 40 radio tally. In 2002, she recorded his debut album, Rosa, which reached number one on the Promusicae chart with record sales. Láchar
Láchar is a municipality in the province of Granada, in Spain. The village of Láchar lies in Granada's floodplain (or "''Vega de Granada''", in Spanish) amid poplar forests, arable farmland and olive groves. Armando Manzanero Canché (7 December 1935 – 28 December 2020) was a Mexican Maya peoples, Mayan musician, singer, composer, actor and music producer, widely considered the premier Mexican romantic composer of the postwar era and one of the most successful composers of Latin America. Copla (music)
The ''copla,'' ''copla andaluza'' ("Andalusian ''copla''"), ''canción andaluza'', ''canción española'', ''tonadilla'' or ''canción folklórica'' is a form of Spanish popular song, deriving from the poetic form of the same name. Although the genre has a long heritage, it flourished in the 1930s and 1940s, and is epitomized by songwriters Antonio Quintero, Rafael de León and Manuel Quiroga. One of the first singers of ''coplas'' was Raquel Meller. Initially she sang ''cuplé'', which later evolved in Andalusian and Spanish song into the ''copla'' as it is known today. Eurovision Dance Contest 2008
The Eurovision Dance Contest 2008 was the second and final edition of the Eurovision Dance Contest and was held in Glasgow, Scotland, hosted by the BBC on 6 September. The presenters were, as in the previous edition, Graham Norton and Claudia Winkleman. The contest took place at the SEC Centre. The winners of contest were Edyta Herbuś and Marcin Mroczek of Poland who achieved a score of 154 points. 2nd place went to Russia, 3rd place to Ukraine, 4th place to Lithuania and 5th place to Azerbaijan who were participating for the first time. In a change to the rules, professional couples were no longer eligible to enter the contest. María del Rocío Mohedano Jurado (, 18 September 1944 – 1 June 2006), better known as Rocío Jurado, was a Spanish singer and actress.
