Romain Del Castillo (born 29 March 1996) is a French professional association football, footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder or right winger for club Stade Brestois 29, Brest. Club career Lyon Del Castillo is a youth exponent from Olympique Lyonnais, Lyon. He made his Ligue 1 debut on 20 November 2015 against OGC Nice, Nice replacing Sergi Darder after 64 minutes in a 3–0 away defeat. Del Castillo was loaned to Football Bourg-en-Bresse Péronnas 01, Bourg-Péronnas for the 2016–17 season, and after a successful season was loaned again to Nîmes Olympique, Nîmes in September 2017 for the 2017–18 season. The 2017–18 Championnat National 2 was the 20th season of the fourth tier in the French football league system in its current format. The competition was contested by 64 clubs split geographically across 4 groups of 16 teams each. The teams included amateur clubs (although a few were semi-professional) and the reserve teams of professional clubs. The 2015–16 Ligue 1 season was the 78th season of the Ligue de Football Professionnel first division since its establishment. It started on 7 August 2015 and concluded on 14 May 2016. The Coupe de la Ligue (), known outside France as the French League Cup, was a Single-elimination tournament, knockout cup competition in Football in France, French football organized by the Ligue de Football Professionnel. The Coupe de France, formerly known as the Coupe Charles Simon, is the premier knockout cup competition in French football organized by the French Football Federation (FFF). It was first held in 1917 and is open to all amateur and professional football clubs in France, including clubs based in the overseas departments and territories.
