Romagnol Dialect
Romagnol (''rumagnòl'') is a group of closely-related dialects part of Emilian-Romagnol continuum which are spoken in the historical region of Romagna, which is now in the southeastern part of Emilia-Romagna, Italy. The name is derived from the Lombard name for the region, ''Romagna''. Romagnol is also spoken outside the region, particularly in the Provincia di Pesaro e Urbino and in the independent country of San Marino.Grementieri, S. (2012, January 7). Piedmontese (; autonym: or , in it, piemontese) is a language spoken by some 2,000,000 people mostly in Piedmont, northwestern region of Italy. Although considered by most linguists a separate language, in Italy it is often mistakenly regarded as an Italian dialect. It is linguistically included in the Gallo-Italic languages group of Northern Italy (with Lombard, Emilian, Ligurian and Romagnolo), which would make it part of the wider western group of Romance languages, which also includes French, Occitan, and Catalan. Argenta ( Argentano: ) is a town and ''comune'' in the province of Ferrara, Emilia-Romagna. It is located about southeast of Ferrara, and midway between Ferrara and Ravenna. Geography Argenta is situated in a flat agricultural region near the Valli di Comacchio lagoon wetlands.
