Rolands Freimanis
Rolands Freimanis (born January 21, 1988) is a Latvian professional basketball player for Trefl Sopot of the Polish Basketball League. He plays at the power forward and center positions. Professional career Born in Gulbene, Latvia, Freimanis started his career with ASK Rīga where he played until 2008. For the 2008–09 season he went to BK VEF Rīga. After one season there his contract was bought-out by CB Sevilla as he spent next season playing for their farm-club Qalat Cajasol. Following two years from 2010 till 2012 he played in LEB Gold league with short stint in Spanish ACB League with Lagun Aro GBC. Before the 2012–13 season, Freimanis joined Sutor Montegranaro of the Lega Basket Serie A. On September 1, 2013, he signed with Ukrainian team Khimik. Latvian National Basketball Team
The Latvia men's national basketball team ( lv, Latvijas basketbola izlase) represents Latvia in international basketball. They are organized and run by the Latvian Basketball Association. Latvia has reached the European Basketball Championship 15 times, with their ultimate success occurring during the inter-war period, when they became the first team to win the tournament in 1935. Four years later, they had another impressive run to come away with the silver in 1939. Basketball

2015–16 KML Season
The 2015–16 Korvpalli Meistriliiga season (also known as the Alexela Korvpalli Meistriliiga for sponsorship reasons) was the 91st season of top-tier basketball in Estonia. TÜ/Rock came into the season as defending champions of the 2014–15 KML season. The season began on 7 October 2015 and concluded on 27 May 2016 with Kalev/Cramo defeating TÜ/Rock 4 games to 1 in the 2016 KML Finals to win their 8th Estonian Championship. Korvpalli Meistriliiga
The Korvpalli Meistriliiga ( en, Basketball Champions League), known as the OlyBet Korvpalli Meistriliiga for sponsorship reasons, is the highest tier level and most important professional basketball league in Estonia. It is controlled by the Estonian Basketball Association. The first Estonian Basketball Championship tournament was held in 1925. During Soviet era (1941–1991) the league was called the Estonian Soviet Socialist Republic Championship. After Estonia regained its independence in 1991, the league was reformed as the Korvpalli Meistriliiga (KML). The KML, which is played under FIBA rules, currently consists of eight teams. The Polish Basketball Supercup ( Polish: "Superpuchar Polski w Koszykówce") is the supercup game of Polish men's top-tier level professional club basketball. The Polish Basketball Cup ( pl, Puchar Polski w koszykówce mężczyzn) is the annual top-tier level national domestic basketball cup competition for clubs in Poland. It is managed and organised by the Polish Basketball League (PLK). The competition was founded in 1933. Śląsk Wrocław has won the most titles, with 14 trophies. The 2020–21 Polish Basketball League (PLK) season, the Energa Basket Liga for sponsorship reasons, was the 87th season of the Polish Basketball League, the highest professional basketball league in Poland.
