Rock Lake (Manitoba Riding)
Rock Lake was a provincial electoral division in the Canadian province of Manitoba. The constituency was created by redistribution in 1956, and existed from the 1958 provincial election until the 1981 election. Most of the area was merged into the constituency of Pembina. It was located in the southern part of the province. It was bordered to the north by Souris-Lansdowne, to the east by Pembina, to the west by Turtle Mountain, and to the south by the American state of North Dakota. Within the geographical areas of Canada, the ten provinces and three territories are sub-national administrative divisions under the jurisdiction of the Canadian Constitution. Henry Einarson
Henry John Einarson (September 11, 1918 – January 8, 1992) was a politician in Manitoba, Canada. He was a Progressive Conservative Party of Manitoba, Progressive Conservative member of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba from 1966 to 1981. The son of Gudbrandur "Goodie" Einarson and Maria Sigvaldason, both natives of Iceland, Einarson was educated at local schools, and later worked as a farmer. He enlisted in the army in 1939 and served until the beginning of January 1946. He was stationed in Holland artillery gun at the Chalet at Columbia Ice Fields in April 1944. When he and many others arrived home from overseas, there was a period of adjustment and when younger brother Lloyd decided he did not want to stay on the farm, Henry bought it and eventually expanded it to a larger acreage. Jacob (; ; ar, يَعْقُوب, Jacob in Islam, Yaʿqūb; gr, Ἰακώβ, Iakṓb), later given the name Israel (name), Israel, is regarded as a Patriarchs (Bible), patriarch of the Israelites and is an important figure in Abrahamic religions, such as Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
