Robinson Díaz (born 1 May 1966 in Envigado, Antioquia, Colombia) is a Colombian actor. He is best known for his popular character El Cabo of series as '' El cartel'', ''El Señor de los Cielos''. Envigado () is a town southeast of Medellín, Colombia in the department of Antioquia. It is located in the Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley. It borders El Poblado, Medellín to the north, Sabaneta to the south, El Retiro and Caldas to the east, and Itagüí to the west. Envigado is known for maintaining the traditions of the Paisa Region and for its architecture. The Carver is a fictional character on the television show ''Nip/Tuck.'' Introduced during the second season, he became the primary antagonist of the third season. Background The Carver is introduced in the episode "Naomi Gaines" as a masked serial rapist who disfigures, and rapes his victims; he has also killed one victim: Rhea Reynolds, a woman who faked being attacked by the Carver so she could get free plastic surgery. He becomes upset after Dr. Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) performs corrective plastic surgery on one of his victims. He attacks McNamara in his bathroom and cuts one side of his face.
