Roberto Cajes
Roberto C. Cajes (born October 8, 1950) is a Filipino politician. A member of the Lakas-CMD Party, he has been elected to three terms as a Member of the House of Representatives, representing the Second District of Bohol. He first won election to Congress in 2001, and was re-elected in 2004 and 2007. His daughter is Jane Censoria Cajes-Yap. Biography As a former priest, he worked as a priest at the Immaculate Concepcion Parish in Baclayon, Bohol; St. Michael the Archangel Parish in Jagna, Bohol; and St. Anthony de Padua Parish in Sikatuna, Bohol. Cajes served as a chaplain at the Knights of Columbus Parish in Tagbilaran, Bohol. He worked at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Seminary and University of Bohol in Tagbilaran City as a professor. Trinidad, officially the Municipality of Trinidad ( ceb, Munisipyo sa Trinidad; tgl, Bayan ng Trinidad), is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Bohol, Philippines. Jane Censoria Cajes-Yap (born January 10, 1990) is a Filipino politician who is known as a former president of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) or Youth Council in the Philippines and the incumbent city mayor of Tagbilaran, Bohol since 2022. Lakas–Christian Muslim Democrats (), abbreviated as Lakas–CMD and popularly known as Lakas, was a political party in the Philippines. Its ideology and that of its successor is heavily influenced by Christian and Islamic democracy.
