Robert J. Grant (1862 – November 24, 1950) was Director of the United States Mint from 1923 to 1933. Grant was born in Nova Scotia. Before becoming Director of the U.S. Mint, Grant was the Superintendent of the Denver Mint. In 1923, President of the United States Calvin Coolidge nominated Grant to be Director of the United States Mint and Grant subsequently held this office from November 1923 to May 1933. Calvin Coolidge (born John Calvin Coolidge Jr.; ; July 4, 1872January 5, 1933) was the 30th president of the United States from 1923 to 1929. Chinese nationalism () is a form of nationalism in the People's Republic of China (Mainland China) and the Republic of China on Taiwan which asserts that the Chinese people are a nation and promotes the cultural and national unity of all Chinese people. It is often equated with Han nationalism, although these two concepts are different. According to Sun Yat-sen's philosophy in the Three Principles of the People, Chinese nationalism should be a form of civic nationalism constructed on top of a united value, however this has not been fully recognized or applied in practice by successors.
