Robert Henderson (Welsh Cricketer)
Robert Henderson (30 March 1865 – 28 January 1931) was a Welsh cricketer, a right-hand batsman and right-arm slow bowler. Brilliant debut season in 1883 Born in Newport, South Wales, Henderson made his first-class debut for Surrey in 1883, and played in all but one of the county's games that season, making over 500 runs. He also took 35 wickets, including 6-17 (which was to remain his career best) against Gloucestershire. However, he then became ill and hardly played for three seasons. He went to India in 1885-86 to coach the Parsi cricketers in Bombay, and when the Parsis toured England in 1886 he again acted as their coach. Return to the game On his return to playing in 1887 Henderson bowled far less and played generally as a specialist batsman, but nevertheless again established himself in the Surrey side, being capped the following year. Robert Lowell Henderson (born 21 July 1961) is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island in the 2007 provincial election. He represents the electoral district of O'Leary-Inverness and is a member of the Liberal Party. He is the son of the late former MP George Henderson. In October 2011, Henderson was appointed to the Executive Council of Prince Edward Island as Minister of Tourism and Culture. Robert Dale Henderson
Robert Dale Henderson (March 14, 1945 – April 21, 1993) was an American spree killer. He murdered at least twelve victims. Early life Henderson was born in Missouri, the son of Mary and Robert Henderson. At the age of fifteen, he lived in Park Hills, Missouri. The Henderson family then moved to Poplar Bluff, Missouri, after which his parents soon divorced. He attended high school somewhere in Missouri, dropping out in 1962. After dropping out, Henderson served in the United States Army. He had duties in Fort Polk South, Louisiana, followed by a stint in Korea. Henderson was discharged on May 14, 1964, for attacking an officer. After being discharged, he worked numerous jobs. In the 1970s, Henderson's residence was raided as part of an investigation into a suspected marijuana ring. He also had stolen a driver's license in Brevard County, Florida. Biography Born in Calcutta on 11 December 1858, Robert Henderson was educated at Fettes College, at Bedford School, at the University of Edinburgh and at St Mary's Hospital Medical School, qualifying in medicine in 1882. Between 1882 and 1885, he played rugby in five games for England. Robert Henderson (24 May 1871, Russell, Ontario – 16 February 1942, Crown Point, New York) was a Canadian-American mathematician and actuary. Education and career Robert Henderson matriculated at age 16 at the University of Toronto and graduated there in 1891 with a bachelor's degree in mathematics. He spent a year as a fellow of the University of Toronto and then in 1892 was employed at the Government Insurance Department in Ottawa until he left Canada in 1897. From 1897 until his retirement in 1936 he worked for the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States. There he was from 1903 to 1911 an assistant actuary, from 1911 to 1920 an actuary, from 1920 to 1929 the second vice-president, and from 1929 to 1936 the vice-president.
