Rob Palmer (born 15 April 1975) is an Australian television presenter. He is best known for presenting the '' Do It Yourself'' segments on several lifestyle programs on the Seven Network.He is currently a presenter on 107.7 Triple M Central Coast. "Do it yourself" ("DIY") is the method of building, modifying, or repairing things by oneself without the direct aid of professionals or certified experts. Type 1 diabetes (T1D), formerly known as juvenile diabetes, is an autoimmune disease that originates when cells that make insulin (beta cells) are destroyed by the immune system.
